561 - "My Name is Islam and a I am a citizen of Chechen Republic, Russian federation. I am currently facing on going and permanent danger from the Russian government and request that you provide me with political asylum. My only crime is a crime by association, and that is that my sister was one of the participants of worldwide known incident of Nord-Ost theater siege. The thing I want to say is that I do not have any relationship with the incident occurred on 23 October 2002. The government’s attitude towards this kind of people is obvious, but what crime did I commit? The only reason is that I happened to be the member of such a family. I strongly disagree with their ideas and the ideology they are following, I am an ordinary law abiding citizen who dreams to live a positive and normal life without any persecution and danger to my life. Unfortunately, when all this happened I was merely 9 years old, and the Russian government made it clear that there is no way we can continue to live in Chechen republic as ordinary citizens. As a result I was forced to leave my hometown; I managed to come to Egypt since there is no visa required. It is not the first time they do this, neither it is the last! However, I am afraid for myself, the threats are coming day by day, even while being here in Egypt. There are traces of torture and violence on my body that prove my words"
