118889 - Hello! I am and my wife is a citizen of the Republic of Belarus. We have been living in Montenegro for almost one year and have a resident card(BORAVAK). 27.03.2022 my wife gave birth to a daughter Vasilisa. So we need to get a passport for our daughter. Unfortunately, the ambassador of the Republic of Belarus in Belgrade didn't give a password for our daughter, so we need to visit Belarus with this purpose(first passport possible, get only in Belarus) and then return to Montenegro. According to the political situation, war in Ukraine and restrictions for cross borders, it's very difficult to visit Belarus with a small baby(less than three month now). The best way to visit Belarus is fly from Podgorica to Warszawa, then go to Minsk by car or bus. In this situation can you help our family visit Belarus and then return to Montenegro in the simplest way? (I am sure that two month will be enough) With best regards, Mikita Sychou
